Before joining embarc, Tiana led multiple sites across Victoria for one of Australia’s largest providers, driving strong outcomes for both clients and teams. Her leadership philosophy centres on connection, trust, and creating space for everyone to shine, and she is committed to fostering collaboration and building strong community relationships.
