Rebecca McIntyre is Head of Operations at embarc Employment – The Disability Trust, providing strategic leadership for Inclusive Employment Australia across NSW, ACT, and Victoria. She oversees Employment Services across multiple regions, including Disability Employment Services (DES), Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, Jobactive, and NDIS programs, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and outcomes-driven services.
