As Head of Quality, Claims and Compliance, Chiara plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and contractual integrity, with a strong focus on business risk management and service delivery refinement.

Chiara has successfully led the implementation of major contracts, most recently Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services, and has contributed to the development of winning tenders, including the Workforce Australia bid. Her expertise in claims and compliance is backed by a proven track record of building high-performing teams that consistently meet and exceed regulatory standards. With the upcoming launch of the Inclusive Employment Australia contract in November, Chiara continues to drive innovation and quality across the organisation’s employment services portfolio.
