As Head of Quality, Claims and Compliance, Chiara plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and contractual integrity, with a strong focus on business risk management and service delivery refinement.

Chiara has successfully led the implementation of major contracts, most recently Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services, and has contributed to the development of winning tenders, including the Workforce Australia bid.
