Wage Subsidies and Incentives

We help you explore government incentives – making inclusive hiring a smart financial decision.

The Inclusive Employment Australia Wage Subsidy provides Employers with financial support based on the average number of hours a Participant works each week during the 26-week subsidy period.

The subsidy level is determined by the agreed minimum weekly hours of employment:

  • Up to $3,000 – Employment of 8 hours or more per week

  • Up to $5,000 – Employment of 15 hours or more per week

  • Up to $7,500 – Employment of 20 hours or more per week

  • Up to $10,000 – Employment of 30 hours or more per weekor 20 hours or more per week if the Participant is under 25 years of age

The agreed hours must be maintained on average over the 26-week subsidy period.
